Shipping Policy

At Bombay Cotton, we understand how important it is to receive your premium quality bedsheets and home textiles in perfect condition and on time. That's why we've designed our shipping process to be as smooth and reliable as possible.  

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major locations across India. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping at this time.  

Order Processing 

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For custom or bulk orders, we may need a little extra time to prepare your shipment, and we'll be sure to email you if that's the case.  

Delivery Options

Choose the shipping method that works best for you:  

·       Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

·       Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply)

·       Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,500  

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before payment.  

Track Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.  
About Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, sometimes unexpected things happen like courier delays, incorrect addresses, or weather disruptions. If your order is running late, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.  

If Delivery Fails

If we can't deliver because of an incorrect address or if no one was available to receive the package, there may be additional charges for re-delivery. Need to change your shipping address? Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.  

Damaged or Missing Items

If your items arrive damaged, please let us know within 48 hours with photos of the damage. For lost packages, we'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
