Returns Policy

How to Cancel:
You can send a cancel request to customercare@bombaycotton.in. The order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped.

How to Return or Exchange:
You can return or exchange your order within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at customercare@bombaycotton.in.

Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly. We welcome exchanges on the following terms:

• If a wrong product has been received
• If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
• If the product is received in a damaged condition

If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we will refund the purchase amount after deducting 5% of the total order value as freight and packing charges.

How to Get a Refund:
All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to your account, and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (please provide your account details).

Important Notice:
Customized products (such as logo embroidery or special sizes) cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped internationally.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all major locations across India. (International shipping is not available at this time.)

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time may be required, and we will notify you via email.

Delivery Options:
Choose the shipping method that works best for you:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply)
• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,500

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Track Your Order:
When your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number via email and SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

About Delivery Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected factors like courier delays, incorrect addresses, or weather disruptions can occur. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated.

If Delivery Fails:
If we cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. To change your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours after placing your order.
